Because I've seen a few of these topics created in sections that might not necessarily be apt, why not create a topic/sticky in this section in which people could post their comp/connection specs to see if they could run a server? Something like "Test your Specs here". It might get looked over (as many tend to do in these forums), but it could be useful none the less.

Some info that like would be good in the server section of the manual. A lot of folks don't know that you can run a dedicated server on a _very_ low spec machine as long as it's got lots of bandwidth avaliable to it.
