An option, sure.

Random weapon box wouldn't make much sense. You get a weapon, kill some people, then die. Then you get to pick a whole new weapon. And besides, that'd be extremely annoying if you were fighting someone and activated the box, only to get some gun that you either suck at, or that has a long reload on start.

What about the weapon you're holding?

Yeah, the box shouldn't trigger unless you're unarmed.

Isn't there a program that picks weapons for you at random? I realize it's not the same thing as these boxes he's discussing, but it's less annoying (IMO) than getting a random weapon each time and gives you almost the same effect without having to scramble for a gun.

maybe not, what if there is no weapons in match (because of boxes) and there is 3 (or how many players are in each team) boxes in base (if game is ctf) and they give random weapons? that would make huge difference and then noobs and not that good players could even ein better ones..

And.. dont say that im noob to suggest that, so i ould pwn those L337 dudes ;F

and how about u can get a box and if you already have a weapon it goes in secondary if have secondary filled with a gun u don't pick it up

Howabout the box reloadds yor weapon to full bullets so if u have a barrett and its still loading u can go to one of these boxes and get yor barrett reloaded

I think this would create glitches dunno.
