Just use the "sound" program on Windows XP if you have Windows XP. Change the recording to the one that records PC sounds (forgot what it is called, I'll edit this post later) and push the red circle. If you are only allowed to record one minute, record one minute of nothingness, the go to "decrease speed" and click it multiple times until the recording limit is about 30 mins long. Then just set the slider at the begining, push the red circle and load up your game to record.
Found that out last night...
