On the first picture the punk guy holds AK, later he has Barret, and then AK again...

I do have a suggestion. Keep the character who starts the conversation (or whichever you want us to read first) on the lefthand side. I spent a couple of seconds figuring out what the hell was going on.

But not bad, keep it up.
