Notes on this version:
Besides the obvious version number change, the server now bans for knife hack. Improves cheats detection. Server sends info about who casted a voting. Optimized rag-dolls (server now doesn't calculate them because I want to see if they might cause the crashing, so there might be some problems with corpses, please tell me if so).

EDIT: forgot to write that I made some changes in flag-player collisions. The radius of capture should be bigger now, tell me if there are any problems with it.

Please post any issues about the server!

Oh that's some debug messages I forgot to delete. It informs that that the player might be cheating (but it shows usually for everybody from time to time:) ). If you get a lot of them the guy is cheating for sure.
