Looks like the textures are missing. The map seems to be jungle so I think you should try reinstalling Soldat in order to restore your missing textures. I'm not sure though, could also be something new. It looked exactly like that when the 'snow2.bmp' texture was missing in every install (on Mr_Snowman though).
