Minor issues with weapons editor

- When m79 is set to 0, it doesn't give any splash damage, but still kills other players (only when bullet collides with player), same for selfkills.
- Barret loses it's piercing ability when it's power is set to a stupidly high amount (99999999). Didn't get to test it with
- Negative damage weapons reduce a player health to 0, and make him unable to use medkits. Amblin says that he could heal a few points shooting himself with one though. The player is then affected by other weapons normally.

Actually negative damage increases health to maximum 133% but interfaces with bars get screwed up, u can see it in the text interface. It should be limited to 100% tho.

I think if it set over a certin amount, the whole deal blows over and you have normal weapons.

Once, after a richoshay (<--- dont care how u spell, I am hipocrytical) with all weapons set to the M79 default, a bullet seemed to have splash damage! It didn't hit, but I died! Either lag, which it most likely wouldn't as it was all under 100 ping, or splash damage.

It's weird, because after i could kill the person that had been 'healed' with one shot of DE (and not because their dmg was increased).
