That pic was made when he was 12-13, therefore it is under the protection of COPPA

Actually, it was apparently taken in year 8, so it's very likely that he was 14, and therefore not under the protection of COPPA.

COPPA doesn't apply in Europe, as far as i know. As long as the forum hasn't been moved to the USA in the dnagames transfer, which i don't feel like checking right now.
And that law is plain stupid. It is made to protect kids' privacy because some perv might get their adress and stuff.
To add more stupidity to it, people under 13 can't do ANYTHING actively on the internet without their parents consent. Which means this forum isn't following COPPA regulations because there's no warning, and i know people that were under 13 when they signed up.
Now there's this thing, that everything about kids has to be censored. Even on local newspapers i see kids pictures blurred to 'protect them'. Wtf? Get a grip. This law should come into function only if someone doesn't want his pics/info published and complains to someone. And i don't see still why just kids.
