ok...im not a noob to soldat when playing...but the servers are my prob...there seems to be alot of servers that are linked to a site or something like that...how do i get to these servers?

click on them or, start>run>soldat://<ip>:<port>

I think it's that the server name has the name of the website on it?

I think he means he types in the website address in the IP and it takes him to a game.

Maybe you should have a look at the "Info" field of the lobby frontend: http://lobby.soldat.pl:13073/
That's where the hosts usually put their info like the URL etc.

You write the URL down, and then open ur browser and type it in.
OR u got to http://lobby.soldat.pl:13073/ and copy/paste it ^^

Go there, read some of his posts, though it'll be hard to find them, hes been banned for a week or two now, and you'll see where I'm getting it from.

Or just check the ban list (Flecko has the most lax banning policy EVER, to get banned you have to TRY to be stupid)
