When you are pressing the "Throw Nade Key" (E), a small bar appears that shows the throwing power. When the bar reachs the end, it restarts. Am i clear? So then, throwing nades will become more difficult...

Nah, too complex with restart, I think waiting should be rewarded with full power. Other than that, I am all for the idea!

Maybe if not thrown hard enough, but not too soft either, the grenade will go out, yet only bounces and stands there (like no pin-pull), and allowing for pickup.

Nah, I don't reckon this would help all that much, it's the kinda thing you just need to get a 'feel' for. And you want to be looking at your target, not a little bar on your head :P

na when I thow a nade, I want it out and hitting the other guy asap.
