Sometimes appears a message saying: "NOT MODERATED!!!" , when i try to post in "Game Improvements / Suggestions". Why that happen ?

Because posts are moderated. Your post will appear when a moderator has improved it, don't worry.. its still there.
Edit: Oh, and yeah, it says so in the description for the forum. To stop any follow-ups or spam, it was done to help filter out repeated suggestions.
