Hey, I downloaded the ded. server and changed the weapons.ini.
But Soldat doesn´t care. The power is still the same :-( Why is this?

However this is released for testing purposes only and that's why only passworded servers will work with weapons modifications.

Password is no longer needed for weapons mod servers, I think everybody should know (WM) servers and there is more info on the weapons now. Specific info on weapons mod is displayed in console on server join (with weapons mod checksum).

Yes I did. But I ran server from my PC and joined from the same PC. (It is possible to run Soldat twice .)I edited the weapon power and it didn´t change in the game.

You have to restart the server each time you chage the weapons.ini to take effect, dont you?

2.2.5 introduced commands for the weapons.ini including '/loadwep' which allows you to reload the weapons.ini file. Although I haven't tried it yet due to server problems.
