when i'm joining a game (local or internet) it says "requesting game..." but nothing changes

yes, it says "Requesting Game" ...forever

Usally, when you press "Join Game", The Mouse "stops moving" until you join...Don't wait forever...

What firewall / router settings did you change? I suppose you have to forward other ports.

It sounds like you might have a firewall issue. Do you have any firewall software such as Zone Alarm, BlackICE, or however many Norton/McAfee firewalls there are, running?

You can request the server list without any problems?
And you have tried to join many different servers, each with the same result?
