You can now see the status of a member just below their total post count. By default it will mark you as offline unless you go to your profile page and enable it on the bottom right of the page.

Coming soon:
Updated Active users count (to exclude all them search engine spiders from the count)

Where exactly do you enable it in your profile ?

My profile looks like this : http://users.skynet.be/fa078749/screen.PNG , it's all on yes, still doesn't work though...

When the author of a topic is online, it display online on everyone who have posted in that topic. But when the author of that topic is offline, it display offline on everyone who have posted in that topic. Fix that. :|

I'd change the colour of the 'Online' status to green; the yellow looks ugly.

Green is unreadable IHO

Dark-Green or Forest-Green would be cool. Yellow is kind of ugly and even harder to look at on posts where the background is the darker blue.

I find the color ok like it is... But I think a red or green button/dot/led-like graphic would look way better... But that's just me.

i think the green looks like anything but good atm.
yellow looked better IMO.

The Geologist

Agreed...you can't read the green. Yellow was clear and clean.

Hmm yeah that green certainly doesn't blend very good. I thought this forum had more shades of green (Like something less-bright than Lime.) If not, yellow is a better choice...sorry :S

But you moved my Active Topics button! I keep clicking on the wrong thing, mainly members or search!

GJ by the way, I never saw yellow, but I like the green.

why notjust make the online symbol BOLD and white. Then it would be easy to read and noticable. Screw aesthetics, it's TEXT.

word.
Or even better: Put a little .jpg in... ;)
Or even betterer: Make the color customizable.
