i start a lan game but my bro cant join in and yes uor computers are conneted plz tell me how to do it

You will have to find out the servers IP game, in this case if you start the server, your brother will have to type in the ip of your computer.
You can find out your IP by going to "Start --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig"

Then tell your brother to type that IP in the join tab, and let him fill in 23073 as port.

i did that but it says requesting game and thats it whats wrong?
is it a different port number i need?

You can check the port by opening the config.exe in your Soldat folder: Network > Game Port

Remember to allow the right ports on your firewall.
