Unintentional Friendly Fire in Realistic

I'm sure this little improvement has been suggested before, but it definitely needs reiteration.

I can't tell you how many times I've been in a realistic server returning with the flag when somebody on my team lets their impulses get ahead of them and they fire off an m79 or throw a grenade that slams me into the ground so that I "commit suicide".

I can understand how enemy nades and stuff would do that, but having the potential for friendly fire when it has been specifically left unchecked is such a pain to deal with. And it's not a rare occurance at all -- the tunnels and bases are death zones for these kinds of things.
