I decided to reinstall Soldat today, and when I finished downloading, no words appeared. No game types, no bots, all there were were dots and checkboxes. I managed to blindly fumble through the menu, and during the game, there was no text, except for the weapon selection. No "You killed..", "Killed By..", "Respawn Time..." etc. Also, no speaking by bots.
Another thing, (yes, I know this sounds very stupid) how do you play online? A server search turns up nothing.
(Just remembered this part)

1. this is in the wrong forum, it belongs in "need help"
2. reboot youre PC, the text'll come back
3. make sure youre config has the correct sttings for your internet (it's in the soldat folder)
4. Welocome to the Forums. here's some general stuff:
a. search function is your friend!
b. always read stickys
c. make sure to post in the right forum
d. use the edit button instead of making another post if you left something out
