Need Help? Report Bugs! Forum Rules and Guidelines

Aside from the standard Forum Rules that apply in each area of the forum, Need Help? Report Bugs! has its own set of rules that must also be followed when creating a new topic and replying to one already present. They are as follows.
First, the Need Help? Report Bugs! section of the forum is completely post moderated. This means that new topics and replies must be approved by a moderator before they are visible to the public. When you create your topic or reply to a thread, you will see the term "NOT MODERATED" above your post. In this stage, it is not visible to the public and you may edit or delete your post. Once your post has been approved by a moderator, it will become visible to the public.

Second, peruse the Forum Search doesn't work for you, then please refer to this [url="http://archive.forums.soldat.pl/topic.php?topic_id=20582">guide on using Forum Search.

Third, when creating a new topic, be sure to provide as much information so that you may recieve help as soon as possible. For the fastest, most effecient help, follow these guidelines:
1. Give your topic a descriptive title relative to your problem.
2. Try to provide a detailed report of the error, including what you were doing at the time of the error, any error messages you recieved, and your system specs (operating system, video card, amount of RAM, etc.).
3. If possible, a screenshot or screen-capture is always helpful.
4. Any other information you feel is pertinent. Please Note: The more information that you provide, the faster your problem will be answered. Remember, you can't expect a Help moderator to go out on of his way to help if you won't. The more information, the better! This is key!

Fourth, when replying to a thread, whether it be your own or another, keep your posts productive and informative. Replies without any helpful advice or those that are insulting are non-helpful and will not be approved, so do not waste your time.

Fifth, when your problem has been solved, make sure you post the general steps or advice that you followed to solve the problem. This helps us in future problems when we need to refer to previous problems for answers. Also, this lets the moderators know when to label the topic as solved, and any fixed problems will have the prefix "Fixed: " in their titles. Also, a little thanks to those who helped you really brightens up their day.

Sixth, if you have found a bug or exploit that makes the game unfair, then do NOT post it here or anywhere else on the forum. Send a PM to Michal Marcinkowski and make sure you include as much information as possible. We will not tolerate any questions regarding the obtaining or use of hacks, cheats, exploits, etc. Anyone caught sharing or making such hacks or cheats will be dealt with in the appropriate manner. Again, no bugs or exploits that can make the game unfair, please.

Seventh, never, under any circumstances, PM a Need Help? Report Bugs! moderator with your problem. Keep all help requests in the Need Help? Report Bugs! section of the forum, as this helps other users solve their issues as well.

Finally, let me welcome you to the Need Help? Report Bugs! section of the forum! Enjoy your stay, follow the rules, and everything will go smoothly.
