an idea is that we could have polys that are dual type, lik in the map editor there could be 2 poly type menus:
menu 1:
normal
only bullet collide
only player collide
no collide
menu 2:
hurts
regenerates
deadly
b.deadly
lava
ice
so basically u could have a lava poly, but it hurts if ur inside it not on it
or a b.deadly that you fall through
