its ridiculous.. i try to play single player or multi, and when i click start game, it just goes to a blue screen and nothing happens.. can someone help

swatman, could you tell us what the blue screen says? Did you try different options like anti-aliasing on/off, windowed/fullscreen mode, etc.?

Get the latest version of directX, it may be crashing when it tries to initialize a bunch of video stuff.
