my freind can't play teh game because it sais that he is missing a file called FTTMP when he has finished installing it. Ive tried getting in throug different places in the main files but i don't work...

FTTMP? I've never heard of that, especially in association with Soldat or DirectX etc.
Maybe your friend should download Soldat from another mirror, uninstall the old copy, install the new one.
Checking for spy/adware / trojans etc. might be a good idea too.
