Would it or would it not be a good idea to put the blue flag on the red side and the red flag on the blue side on ctf, would it be possible to score? Your thoughts please.

It would be akthough it would be hard depending on where you place what.

btw. this is not new and is/was already done, its called "reversed CTF" or "reversed Infiltration".

especially because if your whole team rushes the enemies base, and they kill the flag holder and sumhow return the flag. then your whole team is stuck at the enemy base w/out the flag

It should be like inf_Invasion.
