When you type ingame, some (or maybe all?) of the buttons you press still do their normal actions. When you've hit the "chat" button it should make all other button presses, at least alphanumeric ones null untill you've hit enter.

Just change the controls. I always used the arrow keys.

same. i always hated using the asdw keys...
this isn't really a good idea. typing something in and that while you press d,
you walk off a cliff.

My soldat doesn't move when I press a movement key while typing, and I think A, S, D, & W are great to use...

i just think that if you could still shoot while you type is helpful.

no, without exiting. so you could keep typing and shoot at other soldats...

i use w,a,s,d...i use it on every action game.
