are there any cool mods like an auto shotgun or auto barret or holding more ammo

Most mods change the graphics and sounds of things in the game. And then only you can perceive those changes. There is a weapon-editor out that changes the weapons, but I don't know how much it can change. When you do edit the weapons however, you can only play it in a special kind of server.
