Ok people, we are holding up a single weapon modding competition!!!!
You are to create an original weapon replacement for just one gun.
Round 1 of the competition will be to create a weapon, any ...

Rules:
1) You must be original in your work.
2) No 2 minute bulltard are to be posted up.
3) When you put up your post entry, you must include a screenshot or the weapon (Interface and in-game).
4) Host your mod before posting and put up a download link.
5) Name your weapon and tell us what weapon it will replace.
6) Sounds for your weapon are optional but if you can get some sounds, get them.

If there are any problems or questions you would like answered, just PM me.

It isn't really noticeable, it depends a lot on the way someone works. So i'd allow also resized stuff, most people are going to do real life weapons anyway.

Yes I did first say that the theme is to be futuristic, but i decided to change it since the weapons first posted weren't futuristic. The prize that you get for winning any round would be fame and recognition on this forum!!! Isn't that just great!!! no seriously, that's good ...

It replaces the mini gun, but as like all the other weps in this set have a electric charge sent into them so aswell as piercing the players skin it also gives them a brief electric shock..

Shivorken, you can either have Urhos do that poll or start a manual vote thread in this forum section stating end date and list of partecipants (no need to stickify it). Only problem is that you can cheat on external polls, though i don't think anyone would care that much about this comp... it's up to you.

[HINT]: Ranny is the gore images that go over your character when it gets hurts. If the ranny is blank, your character will not have any gore on it if damaged.

The soldier cannot disappear more and more as he gets hurt. The ranny is an image file which goes over your soldier, not replacing. If the ranny file is just invisible, then your character will never look damaged. I'm guessing you start of totally invisible???!!!

regged interfaces are on other spots and are smaller most of the time, UNregged interfaces are just the same looking but with another collor (no other size, place)

EDIT: The other assault rifle is one of the other Marks - I just made it look different (and accidently cut off part of the outline on the preview pic). The PMG will come later, when I decide to continue to mod (after the third weaponset for International Firearms).

For sure there are also very, very minimalistic interfaces. But I like having bigger bars better, so you can get the information about your health, ammo or jet as fast as possible. Still the bars aren't disturbing, because they're transparent and the colours aren't "flashy".
