Yeah...it's kinda interesting actually. There are few animals that look like their prehistoric relatives. The parallels are pretty cool when you look at some of the species of trilobites. But then again, I'm not a paleontology buff ;D
Google trilobites and triops. Some links aren't very helpful, but some can give you a good idea as to some of the similarities.
