1) Where the hell is the smudge tool? I can seem to find it...

2) You know how some mods make the explosion a different colour? I was wondering how to do stuff like that. Like make pictures have only 1 colour scheme.

Well... the following setup does nothing... fixed.

Remember that you have to right click on the icon e.g. blur tool, to get sharpen- and smudge tool.

regarding the hue/saturation thing, try checking the 'colorize' box, it's nifty ;)

You don't have to right-click. You can just hold down left-click.

Or I think you can hit the shortcut key (R) too.
