I'm trying to find a console command which would list all currently playing players (looking into manual, i can't find anything like that which is quite surprising)
the only way i found it using gamestat.txt which is quite unusable because it's updated only once in 30s

there isnt a way using a console command, but if you can figure out the protocol that Soldat Admin uses, you can get it from that. I know a couple people who have been working on trying to use it, but I'm not sure about their success, if any. I would try it out but I've been too busy lately. When the time comes that I can work on it, i will post a tutorial on how to get any bunch of information from the soldat server through a couple of different means... logs, socket connections, file update times etc etc

soldat admin uses REFRESH command which spits back binary crap
seems that userlist should be easily parseable from it, I still don't get why it must be so complicated, oh well
