1. I don't think the game supports chinese characters.
2. It isn't illegal.

Translations forum.
Translating the readme is legal as far as I know ;)

Well, a friend of mine is dutch, but was born in Malaysia, and speaks chinese.
EDIT: he can speak dutch too.

There are quite less soldat players in chinese mainland though. (Reason:Not English Eduacated)
(Solution:Translate Soldat into Chinese) Problem Solved.
