if i download them, do they save over things, because i don't ant to download a file if it means it overwrites stuff, or does it maske a folder of its own?

it overwrites, but you can always create back-ups...

well that download link doesn't work. -_- Also, do others see your mods?

there's an edit button, so you dont make 2 posts in a row.
others dont see your mod, it's only client-side.
why are you afraid to overwrite? it's not like you're losing anything

Perhaps he didn't know that.

Sup Traqs!

Just copy your soldat game folder. You can copy and paste it anywhere on your comp- doesn't matter where or what hardrive you use to store a copy on. I personally have one big soldat folder with 5 or 6 copies of soldat i'm modding right now. Copy and paste the soldat game folder, then rename it to something that matched the mod so you'll remember what it is. Say you're getting an unreal tournament soldat mod, name it something like UNREALdat or something. Then overwrite the files in unrealdat with the unreal mod stuff, so you can keep a copy of the original soldat, and any modded versions. Or, if you don't want copies of soldat lyin' about the place and taking up space, you can keep the zipfile that has soldat 1.2, and just re-extract it when you want to use the original un-modded soldat game.

Nah, he screwed with it. He always does, He has a brand new laptop and at least 29 gb. So not about hard drive space, but more about the fact that all he does is screw stuff up. And on topic: Why doesnt the changer work?
