It's Lucida Console. You can find it in your Soldat folder: lucon.ttf

Weird, I thought it was that one, I've deleted it and the chat is still displayed noramly.

That's probably because Soldat registers the font in Windows, so the font can still be used. (it ends up in c:\windows\fonts\)
