i'm looking for the ctf maps but when they are in deathmatch mode..

I think he means, rename, re-compile with DM spawns instead of CTF spawns. No, I will not do that. You can't just rename them, because they will need to be recompiled. Also, it would be against the law because they are Michal's property.

i one played deathmatch in ctf_run
and it was pretty cool
i didnt compiled \ renamed anything...i know nothing about this map making \ moding
well heck forget it....

All you have to do is type /map ctf_whatever when you're playing deathmatch. And no one will sue you, is the best part.

is that all they want...? how hard is it? you dont even need ot recompile, just swap the spans and rename it...

Whenever I have tried to just rename maps in the past, I always found problems. Bounce bugs and poly holes. I think ExMortis's idea might work but I don't have the time to try it.

but i just renamed them from "ctf_death" to "CTFdeath" etc..
btw i dont mean to do nothing stupid like recompiling maps and take credits for them...if thats what u ment (ugh, i really dont understand NOTHING in this map making \ editing stuff)
i just needed them for alittle practice [:-boggled]
