When I was on a odd Rambomatch server called /!\Rambo Dude/!\, it's dedicated, so you can check it out. I had 20 nades... The ping was about 66-73... Has anyone else had this?

Yes, it only works on dedicated servers. You can edit the soldat.ini file and set max grenades to something like 20 and start a server. The server will not care and allow you to use 20 grenades, while the non-dedicated makes sure that you can only have 5 nades.
