1- when you pee, is your pee particle-based?
2- is blood?
3- what else in the game is particle-based?

Pee is particle, blood is particle, sparks are particle, everything in Sparks-gfx are particles.

What else would blood be other than particle based? And why does it matter?

Blood probably not, seeing as there's a few blood mods out there.
