It seems that I forgot how to change the text on the menus. How do you do it?

If you're talking about the text for the weapons menu, I think you go into the weaponnames text files in the "Txt" folder and change the names.

not the names of the guns, but the names of the soldat menus. Like options, and Start game ect

c:/soldat/Txt/Languages/something.txt
copy english.txt and rename it to something and edit the text with a texteditor (some txt editors might srew up the text format then the text will ba at the wrong places).

With c:/soldat/config.exe u can then select the txt file u changed.

When ever I edit the language it gets all messed up.

Its because u are using an text editor that has some kind of other format or something, even if u just open a default txt file and save it without editing anything the language gets all messed up.

I works with notpad but not with wordpad for me but u have to edit a working txt file not the one thats messed up.

Hmm... I don't have notepad, just wordpad. How about Microsoft Word?

U should have it but it could be under an other name (kladblok in dutch )
it should be here:

- C:\WINDOWS\notepad.exe

and

- C:\WINDOWS\system32\notepad.exe



Or you could use edit

windows --> run --> cmd --> type "edit" and press enter
