I've been getting progressively sicker as the days go by, the doctor thinks it's either mono, a throat infection, or both at the same time (which actually seems to happen to me quite often)...anyway, as I sleep more and more during the day, the distinctions between real life and dreams have been getting less and less noticeable.
Today, I woke up to my alarm clock. It wasn't set, the volume is turned down, and I should have slept through it, but it happened to be calling my name and telling me to wake up. So I did.
I got out of bed and started walking towards my bathroom, but was careful to avoid stepping on my pet printer on it's way to relieve itself outside. I'm getting soaking wet before I even step into the shower, and then, when I actually turn on the water, everything snaps back to the way it should be.
I think my family is unusually susceptible to hallucinations...from my brother repeatedly running face first into a wall to get away from the wolves that were chasing him, to my sister casually talking to our very deceased relatives while taking a bath. Then there was the time that I walked into my sister's room in a feverish daze at midnight, heard her sleeptalking about how I should watch out for the trap door in her floor, but it was too late, because I had already tragically fallen into it.
Anyway, I don't even know how coherent all of this is considering the fact that I've been awake and without food for way too long...so, you guys continue on the conversation and tell me all about your hallucinogenic sprees.
