Save your images in PNG format man, it's the standard now. You can even do it in mspaint. This one was 64kb:

And if your images have anything to do with Soldat you can host them on SMC, zombo.

if i save it in .png it comes out to be like 5mb so .jpg is the smallest i can go without disturbing the color, and i dont need it zipped since i want to post it (img) on the forum but if it has to be zipped then i will do it.

an image with a few million of colours and a huge resolution i guess :)
