um. no. just play counterstrike if youre interested in that. soldat is special becuase it is what it is.

nah, sodlat is good in its simplicity. you only need 2 dimensions,the 3rd is over rated

the definition of a 3rd person game is a game in which you see your character... guess what:
Soldat is 3rd person already.

No, it stays in 2D.
But two players in a shared screen would be a big step for Soldat.

No, just like in the other games like Halo.

Soldat is second person, you play the character, but you do not see from his position (what you would call first person). TRUE 3rd person would be like The Sims, where you play as a force acting on the characters, aka God. Whereas first person (as you all sohuld know) is playing the character, and being in his position.

that would ruin the passion of soldat.
this was only meant to be a 2d game. i soldat 3d was to made, i would NEVER play it.

3d soldat = duke nukem

Soldat is fine as it is, it runs on slower machines because it doesnt have all the 3D graphics, it runs smoothly thus keep it as it is :)

It would be nice, for a game mode.

ok Soldat is a great game and you don't need more than 2-dimentions. go play SOCOM 2 (online) if you want a third person game. (Halo is not 3rd person...1st person, duh FPS)

Soldat will forever be great as long as it is in 2D.

No, they have to share the keyboard and only one of them gets the ability to aim with the mouse. The other guy has to use the Esc key.

Ja, what just about all the above said. 2D is why people play Soldat. There's a world of 3D games, but I've only seen a few games like Soldat ;)

the 2player mode wont work cause of the mouse (you aim with it)
