When i host a server no one can see it in their list
And most of the time i cant find any of my friend's servers

Do you have a firewall running? Are you connected to the internet through Dial-Up or broadband?

im connect to the internet through Broadband and i have a firewall running

YOu need to forward/open the ports for the server too run. Try opening the default ports of 23073 and 23083.
