Well either through the lobby or requesting games while playing soldat if I click on a dedicated server it comes up with "Dedicated server option enabled.Can't join."

Now this never came up before but I had to uninstall and reinstall it.

I was gonna put up a screenshot but my regular hosting site isn't working.

Any help will be great.

Look at the lobby_servers.txt into ya c:\soldat\ open the file and look if tha text:
lobby.soldat.pl is in the file.

Boycey, this has absolutely nothing to do with joining ded. servers.
You have started Soldat with the dedicated server enabled. This means you're running Soldat as a dedicated server, i.e. you can't join any games.
