well i did a quick search and nothing turned up so here it goes

how about a server side option to change all the weapons and other stuff to like they were in older versions of soldat? it would solve the problem of there being no lobby server for older versions

i like it.

This would mean no more pesky 2ndary weapons except for my socom!

i like that idea. One only problem i see is the power and other setting that the weapons had back then.
Remember when the chainsaw first came out and had 200 clip. People would always use it and spawn kill the other team with their huge ammo and quick reload.

I think that in a way it's too bad to see the chainsaw with only 30 rounds, since no one ever uses it anymore... I miss the sound of roaring chainsaws!

I like the idea, back then I felt you really had to work hard for a win, now I find it's a bit too easy in DMs (Sorry Guys). Before the new things came out, everyone could kick my ass all over the place, now its hard to find a scattered player that can get half my score. I know there are people out there that can beat me, just not as many as before, and I miss the challenge.

I don't get it. It's the new version's fault that there are less skilled players, and putting it back would make some magically appear?

ROFL... "People can't beat me" seems to be the only thing I've seen since I've come back to Soldat and these forums... What happened to the days where people were HAPPY if they won?

I believe part of the problem with that is also, is that most of the skilled players these days have played for over a year at least. These new come-alongs don't know what to do against some of the older players. For they have learned far more and had much more experience then the less skilled players. Some day they will be skilled and they will complain about sort of the same problem.
