I think you should add an option in the controles menu so you can assighn a key to screen shot.
i press print screen but nothing happens. iv pressed all the F buttons and still no screen shot's.
is ther a way i can bind screenshots to a key?

'Ey, sjl21488... when you press Print Screen it is copied to the Clipboard. Open Paint and hit [CTRL] + V.

Like i stated above, I pressed "ALL" the F keys. this incluedes F4-F11
New keyboard.
And whats even worse is when some one calls a vote in game.
Ill press F11 to vote yes but nothing happens. and when i press F12
the console comes up with this little message saying "yea"

It could be that you have a program that assigns your F-keys to something different. If you have something like that (for example a Winamp plugin or so) turn the global key assignment off.

well, all i can say is reinstall soldat for the pritn screen to work.... but as far as it goes for that voting problem u have, it seems like u might be using a mod taht just f's up everything cuz most mods don't have requried stuff to deal with the text part of like voting things or "bullet time" option in start-game menu...try reinstalling soldat without mods!
