witsh wepon is the ultimate n00b wepon?

barrett/minimi/socom/ sometimes ak (it can be used in a cool way (X) or a noob way (noobs :D)

The politically correct answer is that there is no noob weapon. But generally new soldat players will pick something that simply seems cool. Usually this ends up being the Barett, Minigun, or Minimi.

Barret/Minigun
Minigun is the worst but the Barret can be equally as bad if used to its full potentiol.
Its a shame true sniping isn't an element in Soldat :(

Barret isnt always noobish though, is when camping (obviously) but when someone just keeps using it over and over, it does get annoying and will probably get called a noob.. minigun aswell, but normaly people use that as a method of transport, and noobs dont even know about minigun surfing so they just campin in equinox tunnels and spray

i hate minigun surfing THAT IS N00BISH

minigun is in no way a noob gun. people may decide to noob WITH is, but it's not a gun for noobs.

yea, i remember just starting out with the deagle, it kicked ass just runnin round with a pistol when people had grenade launchers and miniguns and such :D just me and my pistol and my backup pistol :D

Imo, no guns are noobish. It's the way they are wielded or the person that wields them that is noobish. :)

there are no n00b guns, the notion of there being one is absurd. its no ones fault but your own if you choose a weapon not good for the current situation.

I've always fancied watching the public opinion shift weapon to weapon. Barret has been the universal "noob" weapon, but there was a time when enough people used AK to warrant a "noob" rating. It looks like it's now the Deagles. Oh, bother.

I just say Deagles cuz I dislike seeing them so often in U13 Private. After a while it gets on my nerves.

the subject is, when soldat-starters frst play soldat what weapon do they choose? i see most n00bs pick the deagles

thats because it is the first weapon.. they r too lazy to move the cursor below the deagles.. or press any of the number keys

err.. what I thought the first time I saw the soldat weapon menu before me: hmm.. some pistols (blah) oh and ak and there is a sniper.. hmm.. a shotgun wow aand... MINIGUN WOOT and I picked the minigun and clicked and it said *whirr* and I clicked again and it said *whirr* and I held down the button and BRRRRR all theese bullets came out and I was like WOOT and MINIGUN OmGr0X0RZ. so..eh.. yes

accually the first weapon i picked was a minigun but i kept on clicking and it wouldnt work :( i didnt know that we had to hold down it

That's kinda what I did, and after a few times using it, I was like "wow this is crap" and chose a different weapon.

There are no noob weapons, noobs simply suck 'cause they're new.
