Solution:
Go into photoshop or get gimp and adjust the contrast or the threshold so they'll go as high as they can, or mess around with the curves.
Stage 5
Buncha funky letters.
Hint:
There's a pattern that all the letters follow except for a few.
Solution:
Highlight it in IE. How does this work? IE's highlight is just a grid of blue and transparent pixels that overlay an image. Because of the location of the pattern on the letters, some are covered by the blue pixels of the highlight while some remain the same because the transparent pixels overlap them. Alternatively, you could make a new layer in photoshop as a grid and overlay it onto the picture, but that's no fun.
