this is totally legit. the admin and some other members of emuasylum.com recently got theirs. it works through referrals, where you open an account and have 5 friends fill out an offer and you get ur psp. then they can have 5 of each of their friends fill out an offer and so on.

although no actual billing takes place a credit card is needed to fill out just ONE offer. what i did was i just filled out one that said i wouldnt get charged unless i jumped through loops with some e-mail they sent me...which i ignored.
