How do you revoke an admin frmo your dedicated server..(or any server)..like take thier power away?

This answer is in both the sticky's and the manual. Read the sticky's in this forum and check the Manual for problems like this in the future.
You can unadmin people by checking the "remote.txt" file in the Soldat server directory and
1) Removing the line and restarting the server
2) Or execute the command /unadm theipaddress
