Looks very neat for being done in Notepad! But ... you should not do pages for such a high resolution only... 1024x768 still is more or less standard.

I'd make the transition between green frame / black content different.

and how can i fade out the green background if its a small pic,
if i do that the pace will look funny (the line betwen the picture)

try using that picture as background for the left frame
