The queston is. How can i ban weapons and slap players?? Is that possible?

You may ban weabon on your own server (just go to options and take cross out from weabons which you don't like). what you mean by slapping?

You can deactivate weapons via the soldat.ini of the server or like Koule said, but you cant slap players - you can only kick and ban them as punishment.

Slapping is not possible in Soldat.
Slapping in CS is when you use your administrative powers to bump a person in a random direction, to let them know you're watching and they're doing something wrong.

No, u cant slap a player in soldat. But there is auto-kick when player is inactive during longer period of time. I think slaping in soldat isnt needed :)

Punching, on the other hand, is possible. Just lose your current weapon (default: F), and start Karate-ing!

No, you cant kill other player. You can kick him. I think that is good enough, isnt it? :>
Btw. I guess that u mean: slay (not slap)

You already had your answer, you cannot slay or slap or kill. You can only kick or ban other players.
