hey when bots are created
where are they supposed to be put and how can i use them in the game?

Put them in the folder \Soldat\Bots. They should be selectable then. ;)

what sort of program is to be downloaded for the creation?

You can either use notepad (theres a tutorial in the forum) to make bots or the Soldat BOT Creator (Which is downloadable from the forum) ;)
