Here are some sample questions and choices that just pops up to my mind, check if it's good:

1. How do you react to school fire alarm when it's on?

1.ALTERNATE OPTION) ask secret lover to excuse me while i have a private conversation with my wife. take wife to isolated closet to discuss having an orgy with secret lover.
2.ALTERNATE OPTION) get jealous over my filthy coworker getting the job despite me working harder, and frame her by torching my bosses car and leaving behind a business card with my coworker's name on it.
